Nothing is followed up

For over a month now I haven’t been able to login to the app as it won’t accept the password, and has locked me out. The only help you can get tells you to go through the process of forgetting your password that doesn’t work they email you a code to put in but that don’t work. Hopefully the new owners will sort the many issues in the phone app and online portal, the issue have been getting and that’s probably why the system has been sold as it can’t be fixed! There are Better electronic EHS reporting system out there try your best to get your organisation to not use this One, you will get RSI from the number of time you have to click OK to confirm everything you do within the system, and you will find your self putting the kettle on more as you find yourself constantly waiting for the pages to load after doing anything, as it refreshes all the data, it’s painfully slow!

This whole process is the biggest waste of time going. What’s the point of reporting near misses then nothing is done. It’s just for someone sat behind a desk to look at nonsense figures and think all is good. Most people just make them up now, when you do report legit incidents it’s brushed under the carpet, the whole app and process is pointless.

How can someone think this app will prevent any accidents?.. Such waste of time

Any program that requires the user to fill in a password is going to prohibit the user from using the app, creating a “ I can’t be bothered” attitude. The was that you have to fill in details and doesn’t show what you’ve missed is stupid

We have used this platform since 2018. Overall it supplies everything we need. The company continues to expand the capabilities of the platform based upon customer feedback. We have had great success using this platform.

App worked when it was PMAPS! What a awful name what suit decided to name it this? App doesn’t let me watch safety videos anymore.

Doesnt sync completion with management and there’s duplicate questions for at least a year
