Unable to open game 😤

The game is shutting down when I trying to open it. It has been going on for a few days. Please opdate the game and fix the issue

Appen virker ikke på min iPad – den går i sort. Jeg har endda købt for 19 kr. i går. Jeg har prøvet at opdatere appen, opdatere min iPad, kontrollere lagerplads, slette appen og data, genstarte enheden, slukke iPad’en og nulstille min iPad.

Når jeg lukker appen ned (dobbeltklikker), kan jeg ikke starte den igen. Appen går bare i sort. Jeg er nødt til at slette spillet for at få det til at virke, og det starter helt forfra igen – den gemmer ikke, hvor jeg var. Hvis jeg lukker appen ned igen med dobbeltklik, sker det samme igen.

It’s fine there’s a countdown on event availability but it should reset when you start it. I often miss a day or two because of IRL stuff which makes it impossible to complete them in time. So most of the events I won’t even bother starting. Also being able to pay to get rid of ads would be nice too. Especially now that many ads are more than a minute long. It’s an complete waste of time and ruin the game experience.

Everytime I watch ads and get the cloud to 32 hours, next time I log on (2 - 10 hours later) it’s at 0. And then when I try to watch an ad to get it to 4 hours again, the ad adds 0 time to it. Then I have to restart the game so the cloud actually works again. And its same thing for all of the events. I like the game so I havent uninstalled yet, but I’ve considered it multiple times. And I doubt I’m the only one.
