it’s very hard to move forward in this game because the patients riot so much! i had 2 back to back after just fixing the exact same thing. you have to pay to fix this or spend hours and hours on the game and it makes you not want to play it
It’s a good game but patients rioting update is too much you can’t get very far very well, as have to repair so often. They riot so often it’s almost not even playable unless on for hours and hours and PAY to play
Too many ads popping up in your face constantly. Also the patients break everything you upgrade so you can’t save money. Doesn’t matter. How many nurses you have they still break things.

4th hospital is rigged to fail u less your willing to spend lots of money on the game , does NOT generate enough income , if you f2p your going to sit and watch patients die staff leave and money dry up , cleaning staff won’t do anything because no laundry is too expensive to build so your screwed unless you spend money 4th hospital and on up is pay to progress, pay to keep up, pay to win, this game is a scam ads are misleading, to many ads , deleting this scam

Ads way to much , ruins the game
I can barely go two minutes without getting an ad. The second hospital is also kind of ridiculous, what toilet costs 30,000$? And you can’t diagnose patients either.
The third hospital’s progression is much too slow. Can barely upgrade a toilet or two even after watching the video after logging in. I was looking forward to discovering the other mental illnesses and seeing their animations but I’ve lost interest since we can’t progress even after days.
