Theres so many ads , this game is such a cash grab

Everytime i log on there are notifications for products to purchase and yall give us random ads that are forced upon us Cash grab ahh game

Retro mine not loading

Hi my retro mine just keeps saying 17% loading but it doesn’t finish loading. Restarted the app also but it doesn’t work

Crappy controls, don’t waste your time

The screen will just scroll on its own to some other stupid bottom mine when you are at the top of the screen. Crappy controls. Unlimited traps to make you pay money. Advertisements that did not give rewards.

Super unhelpful customer service

My saved game was lost back on 16 Dec and until now the idle miner customer support are still unable to restore my progress. They are unwilling to help to restore my progress and kept saying there were modified elements to the game and was afraid it will be unstable later on. My god, I am asking you to restore the game progress and not asking to be concerned whether it will be stable or not. Why can’t the team just do as request? So many excuses, this Irene person is most unhelpful. We spent real money on this game and this is how the game developers treat their game player? You have a super unhappy player here. Take this as a negative feedback, shame on you!
