Purchase error

Made a purchase for event only for it not to work, tried a second time and rewards still not given. Restaurant locked out at level 3 as well. No support to get

No Ads not working

I purchased to have no ads, but it doesn’t work. Still forcing me to watch the ad. Waste of money

Ok game but has bugs

After about the second/third level you are not able to progress to the next restaurant dispite completing all tasks

No support for game play issues

There is no contact us in game. The contact us in App Store, takes to a webpage for another game, and then errors when you try to submit form. The issue with game that I am trying to contact support about. Is the unlock for the next restaurant is not working, so unable to progress in the game.

Bugs

The first level that you get a farm the noodles and vegetable won’t dry it just jams up the game progress and you can’t move on

Is there a way for me to come back to the last restaurant? I accidentally deleted the app cause I thought it would go back to where I was because the egg plant wasn't moving at all and I wanted my research lab to deliver eggs but I when I redownloaded the app it went back to where I was in the beginning. Please help because I don't wanna redo the whole thing when I was working so patiently specially the last level (where it was just factory) I even bought the noodle pass and now its gone PLEASE

They don’t restock the items from the farm, they just stand there.

Good at the beginning but then you are stuck

Played for a while, and it started off really well. The gameplay is fun and engaging, but after a certain point, you’re pushed to unlock specific managers and upgrade them, which requires gems. Unfortunately, gems are hard to come by as a free-to-play player, making progress feel slow and frustrating unless you’re willing to spend money. What started as an enjoyable experience quickly became a pay-to-win scenario.
