Idle Office Tycoon-Money game

Why am I constantly being maxed out? When I log in and “triple” claim the money I always get a message saying the “deposit limit has been reached”. I don’t get it. Also when I make a certain amount of money, the bar shows max and I don’t see an increase in my balance. So like what’s the point? I kinda regret spending money on the game. Easily $50-$60 in the first 3 days playing it. Feels like it’s a waste of time. If I can’t make unlimited money without a max, then what’s the point of spending time on it?

This game stinks. It was okay at first. But after a few days you just get stuck in the same routine. Unless you buy cash in the game it’s pointless.

It’s 2024.. diversity among characters should be a norm by now.

I bought gems for the game last week and never received them. Yet The money was taken out of my account. I have contacted their customer support about this issue, they said that I needed to give them a receipt of the purchase. I provided the receipt and have sent them multiple emails with no further response. I am being ignored because these people truly do not care if you get what you paid for. Personally I recommend to anyone out there who plays this game or is thinking about playing the game, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. YOU MAY OR MAY NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

This is a very creative and fun game but I think everything in the restroom except the Compartments should be free. They don’t wash their hands anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️

No more game to play after 380 level. Graphics are bad. You can scroll or see many of the items in the game. Please improve it. Chat with Jane responds the same everytime. There is no further information or different responses we get

I really love the game but spend more time watching ads than actually playing!!! It’s crazy that to go ad free it’s $15. I would consider in app purchases if they were a couple bucks here and there but it will ultimately be the reason I eventually stop playing altogether. Yet another very promising game ruined by ads and purchases. EDITED TO ADD: in response to the developers- you can NOT play ad free if you want to enjoy the full experience of the game. Don’t gaslight users- just do better.

I started playing this game realizing that all they are trying to do is make it almost impossible to free to play. I was happy to pay $15 for no ads, but you still need to grind the game so much in order to earn gems. I had to stop playing because I realized that in the Electronics Foundry was not counting the parts correctly. That wasn’t the only reason, but that was my last straw with this game. I can’t support a game that makes it impossible for their users to enjoy it with dumping a ton of money on it. They really need to rethink their model because right now it feels like if you don’t spend $100+ dollars on it then you will stay very stagnant. Having many features blocked behind a pay wall (pets, managers, outfits) is just ridiculous and completely unfair to fans of your game.

I used that Saturday code which took my diamonds. I reported it in the post; which was then removed. I reported several times via messenger and didn’t receive an answer. Finally on 5/10/24mI reported it via email. Each time I gave my user ID and game version. Still no answer. Perhaps you should make a definitive statement on how this will be resolved. Many people lost their diamonds due to your glitchy code and are still complaining for the very reasons that I’m. Go to your Facebook page and see their complaints that they keep adding to your new posts; which you are ignoring. 6/4/24 - Update Weeks have now passed. Still no resolution or further response. Nothing via Messenger, nothing via email, and no statement on your FB page. I had hoped to do a positive update, but it clear that this company has no intention of making the problem right. All I can do is warn new players to beware using your funds in the game. As they say “buyer beware”.
