Cool concept, weak execution
I like Neonplay, so I don’t mind spending a couple bucks on their games every now and then, and this one was no different. There are no popup ads, and it’s only a couple dollars to get ad rewards. However, even with that boost, by level 10, the return is so small compared to the price to upgrade, the game becomes a grind quickly, with no new gameplay elements to break up the tedium. And since the upgrade prices exponentially increase over your income, it only gets worse. Finally, I found that they stopped updating house design by level 5, so even unlocking new visuals wasn’t even a reason to keep playing. I don’t regret my purchase, because I like the devs, but this one wasn’t it.
