Literally can’t verify your identity on it

I am very confused how fully verify and how to add card to my wallet. This is spider to be simple but is confusing beyond.

There needs to be more types of id choices because I don’t fit into any of the categories listed here

Very difficult to use. Never could get to the end. Tried two different ways. First as a residency, 2nd a retired RN . I got so flustered I was ready to break my i phone 7. Maybe I need a newer phone

It’s unfortunately your company has a problem with your app that needs to be upgraded or updated to use operate correctly. Unfortunately, your app does not allow. Anyone to sign in unfortunately through the app it comes up with an air report.

I love the concept but they need to fix it so you don’t take 15 mins trying to login.
