1. Only special device support "Push Alarm" function.
2. Make sure you device can access internet.
3.To get notification, re-subscribe is required since previous push certificate is expired. You can re-subscribe in "Push Config" to active push notification again.

Crashes and cant view the previous clips
The app always crash and I can’t even select specific hours to review the videos

This application allows you playback 1 hour only please fix it.
Needs improvement
The app kept on affecting my phone's network connectivity. Whenever the app's bug occur, I lose my network connection and I can't access internet through any app. The bug usually occur when I switch video quality from SD to HD and vice versa. Bug also occurs even though I haven't opened the app after a restart. Please fix this. I'm using IOS version 13.3.

Liveview in main stream setting not highres
The image became so blurry even the settting is set to main, not the previous version of app is crisp and clear.. Not good. Why would you let us set the stream resolution but the app wont follow.

Please provide the mobile viewing for free. Is it not enough that we have bought your dvrs and cameras? Hikvision can do it. Why can't you? Provide only 1 app. Why do you have too many apps?
