Sounds do not work

What a waste of time and money. The sounds do not work. I thought something was wrong with my headphones at the beginning but when I used another one it turned out nothing was wrong with the headphones but the app is terribly designed. Explains why they charge so much before downloading it. I want my money back!

Whatever you do, don’t expect basic instructions

There is nothing to help you play the beats YOU PAY FOR. The stuff within the app is total unhelpful GARBAGE. God, I hate this stupid thing

Too Complex

Just make it simple. I still don’t know how to listen to a dose.

I’ve been trying to find gate of hades and it’s not on the app. Was it removed or how can I find it?

Not user friendly

Really difficult to navigate. The sounds are nice but it took me a looooong time to figure out how to get there. How about simplifying by your offering or putting more intuitive buttons and controls?

Update Doesn’t Work On Older Devices

After installing the update, the app failed to work on my iPad mini 2.

Simple setting unavailable

I just want to turn off the music that plays with the dose but there is no option and no support… The AI support is garbage and kind of creepy. The beats are good though. Great for concentration and relaxation

Great Update

New update makes this almost like a brand new app. Great work by far the best binaural beat product in the App Store.

Displeased

The app is not a complete access. To pay 5.99 to have the app and then to open the app and not have full access to all content is insane. It’s a 2.99 charge to access other and more audios each one. And the amount or audios available are not wide and varied. I’m completely unamused and unhappy with the app and company as a whole.

I already paid for the premium.

Why am I having to pay more after initial purchase?
