Terrible

Terrible design. When you finish a book, you have to manually scroll back to the beginning one page at a time. Doing this causes the app to crash. Crashes anyway when casually reading.

It’s impossible to find a specific comic

Seriously I tried looking for TMNT comics that I had on the old TMNT comic app and can’t find them I liked that app better it was easier to find things there but here it’s impossible. It’s obvious you don’t care about this app if you did you’d do a better job maintaining it and it would have a low rating. Nearly no one knows this app even exists.

Can’t even log in on my iPad

On iPad, As soon as you click the email space, the entire page shoots upwards, making it impossible to login.

JUST CRASHES IN SECONDS

It wrecked my ability to read any comics. After updating for supposed bug fixes today (11/25/24) the app just crashes in seconds. This company has had a janky almost unusable app for years now. But now I presently can’t access the collection at all. Stinks!

the new layout is slow, buggy, and annoys me every time i try to double tap to zoom like the old one. fix ur app

Poor layout & No Offline

Trying to look through your comic purchases is miserable and tedious due to the sizing of the icons, really bad for those with big collections. This app also doesn’t allow you to download your comic for when you are away from Wi-Fi & Cell Service.

Login

I’m trying to log back in to my account, and it won’t let me. I want to reset my password, but they won’t email me the verification code despite saying they did.

My books are gone

The app just updated, and hundreds of books I’ve purchased over the past decade have vanished

Never sent the verification code

Like ever. Not never. Guess they don’t want my money. How about fixing the app?

Won’t let me log in!!

Apparently I got logged out and when I type in my email and password it keeps saying wrong password so then I tried to reset my password and it then says that my account doesn’t exist!! Help
