Wish I could turn the inferred lights off manually to stop reflecting on windows

This was working fine until recently. Now I get an error message saying device abnormal, system will update your id to 1. Then the whole thing becomes unstable, cameras are ‘offline’. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but I still get the same thing. I now have 4 useless cameras.

When I open the app shows some random error, log in failed. Not recommended. And there is no way to contact the vendor.

I love this app. It does exactly what I need it to do. The only issue I have with it is that in one of the recent upgrades (last 3months approx) the app doesn’t seem to remember my password, or it’s remembering the wrong one so I have to enter it every time I open the app which is really annoying! Would give it 5 stars if this could be fixed. It’s the same on my iPhone 7 and iPad. Edit: the above is now fixed and I don’t have to re-enter the password every time. Awesome. There is an annoying “you’ve been logged out” prompt now which is not needed but apart from that, 5 stars.

I will like to have more than one camera on the premises and to be able to have my device installed on more than one mobile handset Kind regards

Used to work but latest update says I must create a stronger password or it will no longer allow me to use my camera. It will not allow me to change the password, rendering the app & my camera now useless. No way to contact the vendor. Seriously not recommended.

I have used iEye for years and was a little disappointed when I first started but it’s the only app that worked with my cameras. But over time this app has really improved. In fact I have now returned to iEye and have stopped trying others! Good Job Developer - keep up the good work.

Can not save each preset camera position setting in the latest version after the update but still an easy to use app.

Bought on Amazon to go into our office for overnight use when we are shut due to a recent break in Easy to set up & use from the App Well worth it

The app resets my password and I can't view any video at all. I save the camera ok but when accessing, it says "invalid password"
