Fax doesn't work. Try many times but failed.

I try this apps from my mobile to send a paper to Hong Kong but it failed. Keep retry for many times even during office hour but keep failing.

Pay every fax

Y am I prompted to pay for every fax I want to send? I was charged set up fee then I got to pay every time I try to fax. Worse of all the fax didn't get thru.
