ifc mall (Hong Kong)

The app UI is not compatible with iPhone 16 Pro at all, all the app icons are being overlapped by the iPhone time, battery, wifi indicators at the top, etc. Can’t believe such a well known mall in Central will have such garbage app and not up-to-date. Smaller malls have much better app UI. Scanning receipts even worse, either it doesn’t recognize the receipts and requires manual input which causes the app to hang. Since iOS 18 was introduced there is no major update to this app, so unacceptable.

Why it always shows service under maintenance? Very Annoying as it shows up every time I use the app!

UI is not adapted to phones without physical home buttons

I challenge anyone to successfully this app and successfully sign up for membership. Orr is literally not possible. This junk app keeps quitting or the registration form does NOTHING after you enter all the information. Frustrating as hell and absolutely not acceptable for such a large company.

The ui is refreshing! Some new functions and multiple promotion channels on app now:)

This app is crashing on opening for iOS systems. I have an iPhone XS with the latest firmware. It is currently crashing as soon as the app is opened. Please send me a physical membership card if this problem is persistent and not fixed!

it keeps closing, have to re-download and login, so disappoint for a high end mall providing a such poor services.
