I use this app as my go-to for font creation, but I really wish it was a little more advanced. Id give 4 stars if I was able to ‘select all’ in a single letter design ie to resize strokes all at once. It would better if it was easier to grab a handle on a point. If the handle is close to the point its almost impossible to grab it so then designing becomes labourious and time consuming.

I adore iFontMaker 💕 Everything is easy to use. I’ve now got around 18 fonts for sale all made with this app. My only suggestions would be an eraser and the ability to export .otf .woff .woff2 .eot and .svg font files (it’d save me time in converting from the .ttf). With these you’d be five stars ⭐️

this app is great for creating fonts, and i made quite a few. the issue is the fonts don’t work on imessages. like bro i might as well buy some pre-made fonts that work on imessages. i’m pretty annoyed by that but idc at least they work on procreate ig lila 🫶🦋🥂🌴

Hi I’m do some graphic art work and I think this software is half way there. I would like to be able to move the outer edges rather than the centre line this would be a huge advantage and a much more creative. To have both ways, either centre line or outer line would be fab. The points in the line seems to be fixed to the thickness of the line but would be good could take advantage of been able to fatten up the at the point in the line you pick. Or add more points to it. Or to be able to import a vector. This would make this software more professional. I think this be hitting the 5 stars

I have been looking for a good font maker for some time that I could buy without having to pay a reoccurring subscription. I took a chance and bought this one, something I wouldn’t normally do without trying it out first. It is very good and with a bit of practice it produces good quality fonts on my IPad Pro with a Apple Pencil. Saving fonts could be a bit simpler but can be done and I’m pleased with this product. Good stuff.

Nearly five out of five. The place where you download the fonts isn’t secured, it just needs some code to prevent the information laving the site. Also could use a couple of extra brushes. Otherwise it does enable me to make really cool fonts.

I have been using this elegant App for a few years now and it is intuitive, versatile and really works. If you are creative, then having your own typeface can really add a unique touch to a piece. I recently transferred my data to a new iPad and in the process found I was unable to use the app. I reached out to the developers and they steadfastly responded, guiding me with multiple emails over several days and then scoured my files to seek out a corrupt piece of data, once it was deleted I was up and running again. They even did this on a Sunday. I cant state my praise for this level of support enough, Eiji you are indeed a star.

I see from the reviews that no improvements have been done to this app although people are asking for them. It’s impossible even to draw a straight line unless you use the line brush but it has blunt ends and I simply want to draw a straight line with rounded ends! How come there is no possibility to do this? It’s crazy! Also no possibility to copy and paste a line, flip it etc... please improve it or it’s useless.

After seeing a couple people on skillshare using this app I was quite excited however I was Sadly disappointed after trying it out especially for the cost. Requested a refund. Needs an eraser tool and I feel that it is especially hard to get a smooth fluid finish on the lettering. Need more flexibility.

What a fantastic app to create own fonts BUT it lacks refinement. Any pencil needs a sidekick and it’s called eraser! For some small mistakes, eraser would do a great job instead redo it again. Please consider update soon with eraser tool and more pen options.
