We like using iForm to collect survey data; it's quick and easy and the developers are accessible and offer good troubleshooting support

Iform review
Amazing program, if we could have a little more control over the PDF layout for company appearance that would be amazing. Small things would make it better. Adding a credit card swipe ect would help aswell.
So far so gooooood
We implemented quickly and it has given us great results. Ongoing we would like to see more emphasis on free training so we can get deeper into the capabilities of the system.

This was the most cost effective way of giving my employers easy access to my work. I highly recommend it
An excellent business tool
This does require a subscription after the free trial but is worth every penny for our mobile workforce. Create forms on minutes, dispatch them to your teams in the field and start collecting results! Timesheets, surveys and customer approval forms can all be easily created and collected. Well worth a try if you have the right use for it. Customer support has been excellent.
Not worth your time or attention
This is such a joke. The "forms" you create are nothing but text fields with lables. This is not to be used as a serious resource for forms. These are the most basic of all, and their "Free Trial" requires that you enter credit card information, something I recommend you do NOT do. All in all, this sounds like a scam. The forms could be designed by a ten year old with MS Access, and the requirement of a credit card is suscpicious at best and downright scary at worst.

Paid membership required
The app is free, but it requires a monthly $12.50 per user login (minimum 10 users). Sure, there’s a 30 day free trial, but what help is that if I’m just looking for a solution for myself? It’s fine to charge for a service, we all need to make money, but be honest and say so in the description. The description says nothing about it.
