na i think what’s best is to delete this app and try again, in nigeria everything is bad but you guys shouldn’t be the worst.
Did A 3-Year Old Kid Do This?
You've had a 1-Star rating *for years*, and you don't care. How is this even possible in a modern business world? The app is total crap! Redo it from scratch - or knock it off the store!
Useless App
Downloaded the app and entered my 9mobile number, got the OTP for activation only to get an error message saying that my number isn’t a 9mobile number. Ikegwuru
Can’t sign in
This app is really a waste of space and time. I can’t even sign in, it’s saying use a valid 9mobile app. I should have given it half of a star at least to appreciate the product designer.
Useless App
Doesn’t recognize the number as a 9mobile number. Really slow and so much bugs. To be honest with the review I noticed I am surprised that they haven’t worked on this yet. It’s high time 9mobile leaves Telecom Business for maybe Agriculture or transportation. 😡

Unable to sign in.
Just downloaded this app, and can't sign in. Each time, it keeps telling me my 9mobile number is invalid. A sim I've been using for years. Can someone please get back to me on this?

Waste of space
This is possibly the most useless app from a network provider, on the days it works, which is seldomly, you have to sign in everytime you need the app. Other the other days, you can't just sign in (because an error has occurred) Trashy network, trashy app
