IGL Connect

There is a login and sign up issue in this app. I am using the correct credentials but the app is showing invalid password. The same credentials are working on IGL browser based website. Pathetic app and service from IGL

self billing does not work. Payment history and other details not available. even after payment it keeps on showing the bill due amount. the help sections shows that a ticket was opened but nothing happens. download invoice also does not work

The app is buggy on IOS device and having serious performance issues..

App is not opening at all initially it worked but now totally waste.

No response!! App unable to function.

The self billing option is malfunctioning since 18/03/2024 ; by clicking on self billing, app hangs for hours and then message comes “ there is some error, pl try later “ .

App is not working

IGL app not working since past month. After login, it’s displaying error popup.

The app says “something went wrong try again”. This is for last many days and dash board shows bill due zero where as in bill history one bill is payable. The payment can’t be made as dashboard shows zero dues.

Most of the time app is not working. You guys need to test the app. Useless
