Almost four centuries ago, the Vatican established the Vatican Observatory (Specola
Vaticana) as a historical research and educational institution supported by the Holy See, with an emphasis on scientific research and discovery. Originally based in the Tower of the Winds within the Vatican in Rome, the Vatican Observatory is now headquartered at the summer residence of the Pope and a nearby convent in Castel Gandolfo, Italy. This app is an excellent antidote for busy people who have read the daily Mass readings or not but who can appreciate a short verbal interpretation on the daily Mass readings with clarity and fidelity to mediate on while journeying on their personal Faith walk in the world each day. Truly profound and Life giving WORD that lead me to JESUS CHRIST.

Love the content but frustrated with the way the app fails. It freezes up and often can't get the days reading.
A regular part of my daily prayer life.
Don't be put off by my four stars; I rarely "halo" a sight. To rate five star Br. Steven would have to be able to leap over tall buildings in a single bound. I love the presenters Sisters, Priests, Deacon but I also really enjoy the young teenager so full of exuberant love for Jesus, well thought out meditation from the graduate student and the new college male. You help an older priest with his prayer life. Fr. André
