ihateironing: Laundry Service

Due to a challenging living situation, being able to regularly do laundry is a task that is harder than necessary. I hate ironing are super reliable and help take the burden of regular laundry off my hands, returning everything clean and folded, ready to wear again.

I was impressed with the service received and would use them again.

I’ve been using I hate ironing for a few months now. It’s the best service I’ve had. A friendly, polite and efficient driver and a high standard of washing and ironing of my bedding. I like the little touch of wrapping in tissue too. I highly recommend.

Solves all the annoying problems with dry cleaning in that your clothes are collected and dropped off out of hours as well as the working day. Always arrive on time and the cleaning is of a high standard.

I have been using these guys pretty much since they started and I have to say I can’t fault them. They’ve always been on time for both collections and delivery’s, my cloths have always come back clean and they’ve even managed to get rid of the cat hair off some of my jumpers and coat. Trying to think of anything to critique but I actually can’t find anything. I suppose lower prices but that’s always something we will always want from every service we ever have 😂 but it’s actually cheaper for me to send my clothes to these guys than my local dry cleaner who can’t even guarantee same day or next day service. Especially as so many times I forget that I need something dry cleaned until the very last minute and they always manage to pull it off.

First of all, I need to acknowledge how well this app is developed. Honestly as a programmer I am actually pleased with the functionality and friendly user interface. I am very happy with the service. As a single mother, this service has helped me a lot and made things much easier. It's been a lifesaver! The collection and delivery drivers are amazing; they are always kind and provide a good experience. It is definitely worth the money, and I really hope it expands all over the UK (if it hasn't already) so I can continue to use it wherever I am! Thank you ihateironing 🫶🏽

Ive used IHI since lockdown. Ive been extremely pleased with their service. Staff are smart, polite reliable and punctual. Prices, i think are very fair… If ive had an “ issue”, its been dealt with in a very professional way! So im a happy customer !!!
