Thankful to have an app as an option for quick access to module content. Unfortunately there are quite a few technical glitches that haven’t improved over the last few months. The app crashes at least once every time I use it, and if I click on an assignment at the end of a module, it makes me exit out of the app completely if I want to go back to the module overview. Yes PDFs aren’t accessible as everyone else said but course guides will post these to facebook each week so that’s not a huge issue. Please please fix these bugs.

The app is great for getting an overview if the course modules, and content, listening to lecture videos, etc. However, this app is not designed for the student to complete the course solely through the app. The PDFs can’t be accessed. I think the app is a super companion for the course and I enjoy having it at my fingertips for the reasons stated above. If you are taking this course, you need access to a laptop or desktop.

I deleted my original app bc it was stuck and I could not open into my modules. Now this app tells me there’s an updated version once DL and it is stuck there as well. So how to find the program that I’ve paid for.

It is nice to be able to use the videos; however, the pdf articles are no longer accessible (only first page appears with no option to download the remainder of the document), which renders the app not as helpful.

I have provided feedback about ipad not working as videos freeze and material is not always accessible. Unfortunately no response or help was offered!

I will update my review with love as soon as I can see the following: 1. Ability to download documents to phone iCloud files 2. Ability to control the speed of the playback of videos I have lost so much of my time without these two things. IIN and Zendesk get it together. ヽ(ヅ)ノ

I’ve been unable to print any of the pdf files from my phone or computer for over two weeks now. I’ve used the app and the website to try and print them and it still won’t work. I have an IPhone and a MacBook Pro. I was always able to print and suddenly unable to. Not to mention the pdf format completely changed and I can’t even download them anymore. Hope to get it fixed soon!??

This app works fine on my iPhone, but on my iPad it is terrible All I get is a picture then below that is “The Health Coach Training Program July 2022”. And then a green line. Nothing under that and no way to “DIVE BACK IN”
