There is no better!! Home grown technology of iKhokha is outstanding to say the least. I moved my business from Yoco to Ikhokha and never looked back. Bottom line, this is by far the best card accepting technology in South Africa. Security, sales and profits have been upgraded since I’ve used this service! Well done guys!!!

Bought the machine on Friday, I explained before paying that I need the system to work by Sunday due to an event we where hosting, they said it would be possible, I sent all needed docs and sent emails, nothing, on Saturday I most probably called more than 10 times, spoke to someone who sent an email saying she would fast track my staff, she sent the email, but never responded to any email I sent, she never called back no matter how many times I called begging to talk to her. Sunday I called again, had someone assisting, who understood my frustration, but needless to say, it’s Tuesday afternoon and this thing still doesn’t work, should have gone with the other providers. Really not impressed.

Unfortunately the app used to work well. But now when I want to pay people’s bills it just comes up with general error.

They should just leave the pay point businesses and focus on this prepaid business. I still can’t swipe two weeks after submitting every document they have requested. Activating this rubbish is a mission and a half. Don’t buy this thing if you are in a business where you services clients at their own comfort.

Used to work on ky phone, now not anymore. I have to use a different phone. Very frustrating!
