Dzień dobry! Zainstalowałem IKO żeby otworzy konto z selfie, jednak aplikacja nie może zrobić zdjęcia mojego dowodu osobistego. Dostęp do kamero włączony, nie ma odcisku dla foto na odpowiednim kroku

If you reinstall application or change phone device while abroad, activation of IKO is NOT POSSIBLE. It has to be done only on phone with Polish number SIM and being logged to Polish mobile phone operator network (sic!). The application is using awkward SMS process sending SMS with unique ID to number 666 456 456, and even adding manually +48 to indicate it is intended to reach SMS gateway in Poland does not help. Sending SMS from abroad fails. I just spent half an hour on the phone (calling from abroad) with Inteligo call center, only to learn - after providing all authentication credentials - that I will be able to activate IKO once I return to Poland. Forget to do it during your vacation abroad. Btw - other Polish banks mobile apps I have seen (Eurobank, mBank) do not have such nonsense restrictions. They work with full functionality on no-SIM devices (like iPad) and on foreign SIM phone numbers. The app itself is good quality and with well curated estethics (eg. font design). Just the activation process is below modern standards. If they consider traveling customers scenarios and improve activation process, it would deserve much higher rate.

Zdecydowanie odradzam ten bank, aplikacja mało funkcjonalna nie to co w przypadku konkurencji. Jeśli chcesz coś załatwić na infolinii to po 20 minutach ktoś łaskawie odbierze lecz i tak ci pewnie nie pomoże tak jak w moim przypadku

Wy tam poważni w tym PKO? W aplikacji IKO między jednym a drugim skanowaniem kodu QR do biletów 5 minut przerwy. Co jest? Co się tam dzieje???? Jak to ogarniecie to dam 5, bo kanary bezlitosne są, a co mam im tłumaczyć, że kodu się nie da skanować przez 5 minut bo czekam aż IKO się ogarnie? Skandal, powtarzam - SKANDAL.
