It’s very well designed and helpful to keep track of documents and apartment information. However, the pay system doesn’t always work

User-friendly.

Never had a payment system like this for any property I’ve lived in and it makes it so much easier to split rent and see what you owe. I love it.

Should haven’t waited for everything to be working and all the numbers to be correct before introducing it to all the tenants.

Has the necessities. Hard to submit inspection form though! Always saying error :)

Just moved a week ago and used the app to complete my inventory check. I however cannot submit it which is very annoying given I took the photos within the app. I now have to redo everything including my comments and send them as attachments via email. This is quite stressful

Would be easier if some of the functions worked.
