Nothing in this up. Time wasting.
Got everything you need to change size. Simple and quick! Best choice here.
This is by far the best app of this type I’ve used. I was running out of iCloud storage (49 out of 50gb) and was being ‘encouraged’ by Apple to delete or upgrade. Not a great option. Thanks to Resizer I found that most space was surprisingly taken up by screenshots and not photos that I’d taken. So far, I’ve resized 40% of my Camera Roll and recovered about 11Gb in the process and out of the danger zone. I’m now in the habit of shrinking new screenshots on a regular basis to keep a healthy distance from the £2.49 penalty. The big plus is the app is very intuitive and nice to use. So thanks to the developer for saving me dosh!
It does the job very well. It is simple and pretty good. After the photo is resized and/or compressed it asks you if you want to keep or delete the original photo which is good. The quality of the altered photo is good too. What would be nice to have is 1) knowing the approximate size of the file in kb or mb before resizing and compressing it. Some forums have a 300kb size for photo upload for example and it would be great to adjust the compression and size to that limit without doing many attempts and finding out after clicking Save every time. 2) having an Exif template with copyright/author etc so we do not need to write it every time. With that it would be nice to have the possibility to do several photos at once. 3) really a detail but it would be great to be able to add a simple copyright text at the bottom right of the photo per example in addition to the Exif copyright.
A must have app if you have tons of pictures.
While saying you can process multiple photos together I found with my 30,000+ photos i cannot use this app with no way to access PHOTO ALBUMS. Without this it would take weeks or months to individually select and process the camera roll.
Nice layout and user friendly app. However, on the 5 images i tried this on, it made the images use MORE MEMORY!! Perhaps rhe app is out if date. Ios is pretty efficient with HEIC image firmst, and if this is converting images to jog, it might explain the problem. However, a good app would check before and after sizes and error to „cannot compress“ rather than actually enlarging the fulesize!
Simple ui, clean controls, very reliable. I highly suggest this application, the developer has thought things out well and not over complicated them.
In iPhone 12 mini's iOS v17.1.2.
I just used this to decrease the size of some pics I needed to attach to a return message on Amazon. The app worked perfectly. Suggestion: the Label for the slider where you set (I think) the % compression is labeled, "Quality." I assumed I was choosing the % of the ORIGINAL to which the NEW picture would be compressed. If that's true, "% of original size" or something similar might be better than just "Quality" Thank you to the developers for this product
