Image Sync

It was working fine prior to the update! Now it wont start. Only blue screen and then crashes

Just bought the gr ii the app and the camera will not a truly awful app

Don't update this app. It forces permissions on all photos and intends to invade personal privacy and steal data. Please report it quickly.

Constantly looses connection between devices and takes a while for the app to acknowledge the wifi connection is ‘on’ on the camera. Photos now take a long time to transfer over.

I could not get this app to work with a K-70

Ricoh, please, please, please will you add the ability to do a firmware update on the camera via the app so that we don’t have to switch on a computer, hint for the website to find the download page, download the firmware then open it, the add it to a formatted SD card, and then put the SD card in the camera, before the camera can be updated when a simple over the air connect the camera to the phone app, then check for and update firmware from the app would make life much much better. I do that on my Fujifilm X100v, so why not on my GRIIIX?

App is made to sync images from camera to mobile unites. Unfortunately this app is absolutely useless for syncing content. Ux is a joke, apps interface gives one flashbacks from the golden days in the beginning of the millennial.

I can take a picture and review it but I am unable to see what I am photographing on the phone screen. Used to work but update seems to have a problem in it

App keeps crashing when uploading images to phone. Can’t connect the camera after iPhone’s latest update. Have my Ricoh GRII for years, great camera but this software is proper rubbish
