Unable to get it to work
I may have bought this endoscope some years ago but it says your app should still be compatible with a new Apple phone. I follow the instructions with turning WiFi on and connecting my phone to you but the app does not acknowledge that it is connected. The device is charged and on but I am not able to have it connect to the app to give me a live video feed. Can’t you update your app so we can continue using your equipment?
