I downloaded it bc I seen an add about it and it looked kool to play but the damn app keeps crashing like why why display it on platforms for people to download it if it keeps crashing when u just try to load it smh I get it’s a free Game but come on smh don’t make a Game if it don’t even work “” I really wanted to play it to smh “”

Love this game but for some reason it’s stuck on a screen. It’s not even trying to load. Hopefully I won’t have to restart.

Every time I play the games it shuts off and makes my phone glitch altogether.

I got a message in the game that that there was a system update, and noticed all my diamonds and energy were wiped out. And now each time I earn any energy or diamonds I still have a zero balance. So this makes the game impossible to play -you can’t play without energy. I have purchased diamonds and had a good amount saved, this is very frustrating. Tried to contact the developer that’s almost impossible.

I’m on same page as the other recent reviewers. I played this game for several months and was in love with the main story and dating sub-stories. It was super addicting, and, even though I rarely, if ever, give games actual money, I spent quite a bit on this game because I really liked it and felt it was worthwhile. Once I got far enough along in the game, both the main story and dating sub-stories stopped being updated. Instead, the company turned their focused entirely to timed “exclusive” events that you can’t fully accomplish without buying a lot of extras with real money. Originally, these “exclusive” events would occur once in a while, usually around holidays, but they started becoming almost weekly events; as soon as one ended, the next would begin. It’s really a shame because the original game was great - very few issues. I stopped playing months ago but have missed it, so I popped back on to see if these issues have been fixed; unfortunately, they have not. Unless you want to get pulled into an entertaining and intriguing supernatural romance story that abruptly ends in the middle of the rising action, I wouldn’t recommend this game; you will be disappointed.

The game used to be good and I loved it, was very addicting. Unfortunately it has really gone downhill over the last bit. They don’t develop the story and they only focus on money grabbing events. Not to mention the customer service is absolutely terrible! The game has been super glitchy for weeks now and I had a purchase not go through. Got billed never received the items. I have been dealing with support for two weeks now and still not resolved. And you can’t request a refund through Apple because they will ban your account. Stay away.

This game was awesome, but there haven’t been any story updates in months, the special rounds are getting very expensive in real money to obtain outfits (meaning it’s impossible to earn the outfits in the time given) seems they have gotten greedy and decided not to waste their time updating the original game content.

It keeps crashing on me. The more I play the game (and the more involved I get, even spending money) the more it crashes. At first it might do it once or twice a day now it’s at the point that it’s every 1-5 minutes. I’ll be in the middle of a story or date and it’ll refresh back to the start page. It frustrating but more so now as I can’t do ANYTHING to completion without it refreshing back to the home page before I finish.

I’ve been playing this for almost a year and the devs and support don’t listen to any of the complaints I’ve seen either in the main chats on servers or that I’ve written myself. CALEB- Dark skinned, beautiful Black man: GIVES/PICKS COTTON on DATES. That’s so blatantly racist and it’s ignored. I complained about the racism and wasn’t acknowledged. I complained that it was acknowledged- and was again not acknowledged. Disgusting. UNDEAD BRIDE EVENT: 1 specific task will not work me. There is a task to level up followers 15x. I did that 60x (30x on day one and 30x on day 2) with 0 skull reward. I sent screenshots was told to create a youtube account and upload a video. Why would I do the job of your support? Why would I create an account on a totally separate platform to, again, not be acknowledged by the horrible shootshow that is this app, the Immortal Diaries Dev’s and the Immortal Diaries support?? Over and over again in main chats ANYONE can see the complaints. Complaints about racism, complaints about accessibility, complaints about the devs and support not caring or helping at all. Every update is just: Oh look, a prettier background but all the issues that we’ve been complaining about… Those are the same. You don’t care. No wonder you’re losing so many people. Your player turnover rate must be massive - that’s not good. Get your cards in order Devs. Get better support and why don’t actually start caring about the app you’ve developed. Thanks. /s
