Just because you go on the US website doesn’t mean you’re getting it from the US. You get it from the UK it takes FOREVER and it’s whatever size they feel like throwing in the box / package . It’s not even the equivalent to the US sizing . Good luck getting through to customer service .

Customer service has been so bad especially for returns that I will no longer purchase ITS. The quality of the clothing has also, for some items, been evidently cheap and not tailored. I am stuck in a never ending email correspondence with incompetent return customer service reps and eventually never get their money back after needing to send tracking numbers, photos of proof of multiple things, name of clothing items, order numbers. You can’t simply process a return and eventually get the refund.

This app needs to have the size and currency in USD like the website version. Also, would like tracking numbers for shipments. I use the app to browse then have to go to the US site to order.

Decided to download the app again after a year of deleting since browser on line read 🇺🇸United States🇺🇸 figured by now this would be fixed….but NO🤷🏻‍♀️ bye again!!!!

The delivery took a full month…so painful.

I love the look of the app, but unfortunately I can’t make any purchases because I cannot adjust currency based on country of residence the way I can on the website, so my bank is blocking my transactions. Extremely disappointed given that I downloaded the app to specifically purchase pieces that were launched exclusively on the app.

This website is literally garbage. I have a smart phone and I use the app and use the save my own feature. I’m am a shopper and every single time it never remembers my pw. I have a few pw so I can’t remember them all. That why I trust the apps to do that. It just stinks!

I live aboard and have no stopped ordering from in the style as I have only ever received one package and I had to track it down to a random delivery hub. All the other orders I have made have been returned. I order from many companies in the UK and don’t have an issue but ITS are rubbish so I won’t order from them again!

I ordered my package back in April and never received it. I’ve sent in several request to be contacted about my order and never received a message. At this point I just want a refund I will never order from this site ever again.

No U.S. currency option. Don’t need if I can just go to the website. Useless app for United States customers.
