Pls work on fixing the bugs
The app says the provider is ready to see you and when I open the app, I wait for 30 min with just the picture of the doctor saying the visit will start after the provider has reviewed your chart. Something seems broken!

Have tried to connect with provider three times today. It keeps saying that provider is joining the visit but nothing happens.

Been a very useful tool.
Phenomenal customer service
No need to fight with insurance or doctors office. This app answers questions for you, the research and dispute for you. I love it and find it quick and convenient! I use it on my free time chatting as opposed to staying on phone for hours on hold.

love their urgent care virtual visits!
a relative of mine has very severe period pain and was experiencing additional abdominal pain. we werent sure what to do but have an event early in the morning and werent sure about going to the er. the option to meet with someone online, even at 11:30pm was wvery helpful for us!
