Incognito crypto wallet

The team mistakenly pushed a new update to the app, which purged all my assets, losing access to them, even though I had my secret recovery phrase backed up, it's wiped from that as well. All users that did not use the additional individual key backup option had their funds lost. They advertise that an additional backup is needef in the app but this is still an absurdly bad experience - really sad.
