Very bad app for booking
Complexity process for register. Difficult to use. I think some tourists are cancelling their trips to India because of the complicated train ticket booking problem, and I think the same.

Wallet support
I have been trying to add the tickets in wallet after searching from PNR number, it’s just shows loading for long long time, and nothing happens. You say in app feature that it supports wallet app but it is not working. Fix this and I may rate it 5 star. Other than this the app is good.

Worst App. No VFM. Instead we can have NTES App for free. Always asks for Captcha. Irritating.

Full of irritating advertisements which comes between the transactions. Often app becomes very sluggish to operate.

Rubbish app where you have to see the advertisement on a government app to book your ticket. This is not a free entertainment app where we are being forced to watch the commercials.
