Indigo Rent A Car

I visited JLT branch and i have waiting for more than 35 minutes and i didnt get the car. All payments are done. When i ask the reason they say busy and no staff but there is no busy

I don’t know from where to start , but honestly a word of advise don’t go through this experience . There are plenty of options in the market way better

I rented a car for a month and paid for the whole month in advance. I returned the car after 27 days, and the employee confirmed everything was okay without mentioning any fines. the next day the company informed me that it had revised the price, saying I owed double price of the car because I returned the car three days early. They also categorically refused to provide a car for the remaining 3 days to avoid the penalty. No one informed me about this when I returned the car, and I only found out about the extra charges the next day. The company did not give me the option to either keep the car for three more days or pay a penalty. The employees either intentionally or accidentally hid the fact that there would be extra charges for returning the car early, and the customer support team was unhelpful, just telling me to read the contract. This is how they treat their customers.

Rented cars from the reem island branch 4 times in the last year. No issue with return or pick up. Very simple process

Whoever developed this application needs to be fired.

They are pretty reasonable and very convenient. I use them whenever I want a car. Wahid Ullah and Omar Ali are easy to talk with and understands what I want. I am their regular customer as well. Their staff at Sahara Center is really friendly
