I can’t get into my cart at all
Before the app was changed it was perfect, straight forward and very easy to use. Now I have to fight to do anything, you get logged out every two weeks which defines the whole point of having an app, the cart loads extremely slow if it ever loads at all, searching up series is significantly harder, and your cart automatically empties when you get forcefully logged at the end of the two weeks (before you could keep books in your cart for months) I’ve never seen a company ruin their user experience so bad in just one update. My only advice is to just shop in store it’s probably faster
Ever since they refreshed their app and website (2023? Early 2024?) indigo’s online purchasing has been the absolute worst. This app hardly works half the time, makes me resign in Everytime I go to use it; sometimes multiple times while using the app. They finally added a few features they had with the original back, like the wish lists, but even the website is not working properly. I hate trying to save things to my Wishlist because the heart button doesn’t work properly half the time or it’s really really delayed. Please fix the functionality of your app, I actually hate shopping online/app now because of this “update” and I am a huge book/plus member customer…
app is garbage. i open the lists tab and it’s blank. no content, just a blank screen. i tried to send feedback in the app but the link takes me to an error page in safari.
How can Indigo still have an app in 2024 that is still this bad??? Full of bugs and pretty much useless. I regret doing this latest update and now my lists have disappeared. Not that the lists were functional to begin with. At least they were there to scroll endlessly through. Now, they don’t load and the main page won’t load. Indigo, quit paying your execs so much money and invest in some good app and web developers.
I kind of hate this app. It always logs me out, then one time out of two I can’t log back in properly. I loose the options menu at the bottom most times as well, I have to shut the app and restart it so often. So the shopping experience is mediocre. It’s better on the website, even though I do encounter problems there as well, they’re much easier to navigate than the app.
It is the most annoying app. It always crashes every time I try to buy something.
App says it supports Apple wallet but I was unable too. contacted support and they said it doesn’t support Apple wallet. Would like to have my loyalty cards in one place please. Also app feedback website does not work :(
Il est impossible de rechercher des livres dans une autre langue que la langue de l’application dans cette nouvelle version. Il faut changer la langue de l’application dans les réglages du téléphone pour accéder aux livres en anglais, mais dans ce cas ils ne montrent plus les résultats pour les livres en français!
