App does not function Whenever I want to use it, I am asked to verify my mobile number. The code towards verification does not get generated. Each time I need to delete the App from my mobile and download it fresh. This is annoying.

I am trying to reset my pin and not able to. It’s showing error again and again.

This app is not use for me. Some guy assign to me but he never pickup my phone. I don’t why this app is created if there is no use

Not receiving verification code and security codes. Tried with 3 different mobile phones after doing reboot. Pathetic

Thanks to IMC for the initiative and providing citizens with platform to voice issues. App has a lot of potential to improve. Ability to share a common problem with other citizens so that some sort of voting can be given would be useful. That might help IMC prioritise work.

My existing security pin stopped working and when I try to reset it, it never sends the verification code to my mobile number display. Please have a look at it.

Very bad application. Always showing incorrect pin and i am unable to reset my pin. Very bed experience.

It is not even allowing us to log in.
