Better to visit bank rather then wasting your time over this useless app and web portal. Ages old view and user experience which is of no use.. Surely need to reconsider my engagement with your bank.

I kindly request that your development team prioritize investigating and resolving the performance issues, as well as consider implementing Face ID login functionality. Additionally, it would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a timeline for when we can expect an updated version of the app. Your attention to these matters is essential for maintaining a positive user experience and ensuring the continued satisfaction of your customers.

App is good at all side but for login with MPIN and fingerprint available but there is no option for Face ID for apple users. Please make it available for iPhone users thanks you
