Excellent service ,clean car and polite customer care..quick refund..my car’s battery was faulty but customer care advised to run the car until it stops and didnt provide me solution.. my car stopped midway while going to kanyakumari.. it was after that battery change was allowed..just one suggestion please have a technical team on customer care so that such issues are solved well agead of the trip..so that ur better services become best

I didn’t like the services and the approach of the executive present during the delivery and while returning the car. Pros : -Most of the cars are new. -Rates compared to other competitors looks attractive for short travel. - Before the delivery the car is washed. - Executive during delivery will clarify any doubts you have. The entire takes atleast half hour, probably that’s expected. Cons: Though the cars are washed but no cleaning is done from inside apart from mats. Some of the cars seats are dirty, even after complaining to change the car, executives are like wait for more 1 hour. - They should start using clean cloths after wash. - While returning the car, if there are any Small Scratches, Executives charge around 2k to 5k plus 28% tax. However there competitors like Zoom car and long drive car are much reasonable in terms of damage protection plan. Though the company is claiming the damages from there insurance, it’s still put on customers with hefty penalties. - adding to that there are rude behaviours observed with executives while returning the car, if there are small scratches, they are like even if it’s a big scratch and damage we charge the same amount and with small scratches aswell we charge the same. This is just another way of lotting money and not providing customers with protection plan. - unless you ask executives about the car papers they don’t provide or they mention as call us, we will message you.

A biggggg sticker will be put on both sides of the rented car which makes the car stand out on the road. We pay for that service not to market your brand in the city Plz remove them asap Rest all is good

We booked a manual Ignis for a three day visit to Kerala. Right after booking online, I got a confirmation on WhatsApp with all relevant contacts. On the day of pick up, I was promptly called by their executive and the driver regarding my flight timing and location for pick up. The driver himself was very polite and friendly and explained everything I wanted to know. The experience at drop off was also top notch with the firms executive and driver calling me up well in time and explained the formalities. I got the refund of the security deposit along with a refund for the marginally more fuel that I had left in the tank. Overall, I believe this is the best Self Drive Rental as on date. Strongly recommended!

Booking was done thru Induja. She was very efficient and helpful. Very easy to do the booking and payment procedures. Some small feedback. 1) The car was with min fuel range. Less than 10kms. I think you should give Atleast 40-50 kms range of fuel. Was very stressed. 2) car was not clean inside. You can give the car in washed and clean condition for better customer experience. 3) had to wait a long time at drop off point since your pick up person was delayed. Luckily, I had a lot of time for my flight. Some other customer may be in a hurry to catch a flight. These are some small things you’ll can take care of to get more business. Overall, it was good service and we had a good time. Thanx a lot. Regards

Good drive during the rental period of six days. The problem faced are (a) Manual central locking was not working. After starting up, central locking did not get activated automatically (b) Car collection boy did not possess identity card of Indus-Go which created lot of uncertainty in handing over of vehicle during delivery (c) Car collection boy demanded another location at the airport for car collection. It also created confusion at the last moment at the airport.

They cheat customers by not refunding the part of refundable deposit without any intimation & reply from their customer support team unless you followup with them regularly for at least 6-7 times. They don’t even give proper response to the phone calls/ mails we send. I had a worst experience with Indusgo. They charged 5k as security deposit at the time of booking which is refundable after handing over the vehicle. After handing over the vehicle, they had initiated the refund of only 2.6k security deposit by deducting 2.4k without any reason. I tried reaching out their customer care over phone & the only reply which I got is “will check & share the detail” which I did not get any time. Then I started writing emails on their customer support mail id & I got the reply only after repeated reminders. Finally after following up regularly, they had initiated the refund of balance 2.4k after quite some time Further, I had submitted the vehicle 2 days earlier than scheduled due to some medical emergency for which they had not refunded the 2 days vehicle charges & they are not even bothered to give a proper response on this. Whenever I tried to reach them on this, they send me a single line answer of refund initiated for 5k which is security deposit not the 2 days vehicle charges. They are not even bothered to read what exactly the issue in the mail is about
