Very Good Service Bank From IndusInd banks

1. It prompts me to register for Username even after I have registered and fors not allow me to enter the netbanking screen. If I try to register same I’d it does not allow of course and new ID it says you are timed out. It’s a loop. Cannot get over the loop anyway. 2. The login button you have press at least 3-4 times for it to work. 3. Many of the buttons are unresponsive and we have press 2-3 times for it to work. 4. Overall very slow an full of bugs. Need to be tested extensively before releasing to public. Used in July 2022

Can’t login even after trying multiple times.

The app offers good interface, but is increasingly getting difficult to use. In particular, log-in requires multiple attempts and thereafter navigating across sections is a very slow process. Indusind needs to quickly address these issues to promote adoption and usage of this app.

Great job Indusind Bank - app features are g8 and works for most of my banking needs.

Not even allowing to sign-up. App crashes time n again. Not sure, why Bank wants to offer when no intention to maintain.... Pathetic....

Not able to to use simultaneous accounts as before need to uninstall and install the app to switch accounts

One cannot log in to own account once you have logged in with the credit card. Wasted three hours with the customer care. They don’t know the glitch. Poor service, no wonder you don’t have good customer base. It will keep reducing.
