Since the new update I attempt to login every time but instead it logs me out!! Or the app shuts down I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, turned off and restarted the phone but the issue remains I’ve contacted the services app, and they couldn’t seem to find the issue I’ve been using my partners phone to seek my roster , request for leave but it is difficult to seek when not able to Pls fix this matter!

Mine says it have messages but not appearing on screen

This app now s**ks . now it always auto reloads and foesnt shows the shift even after i uninstalled and reinstalled it again, it still doesnt let me see my shifts.

App doesn’t have option to change language. I have two languages chosen in my iphone. Wanted to change to English for Inerva. Went to settings and then app, found no language option to chose from.. Please fix.

It’s a rubbish app, and never get the notification

I used to get notifications from the app previously, but now I don’t get any notifications from the shift at all. When I open the app the shift is already done. The service is so bad.

It’s a great app. We get instant notifications. It would be great if the available shifts could stay on the top of the list even though it was floated before and even if there’s an expired shift. So many expired notifications takes over and the available shifts cannot be seen unless we scroll up. Would be great to also have the read/unread/delete button when we slide to right or left because each expired shifts’ notifications have to be opened in order to lessen the notification number that clings on the app. Hope it’s helpful. Overall, it’s good for now. Thank you.
