My subscription has ended and the “update subscription“ page is frozen, so I am unable to renew. I have deleted the app and tried again but the problem persists.

This was an expensive app but I decided to try it out as it seemed that it would be helpful in my job as a lactation consultant. But I have yet been able to actually get INTO the app and cannot find user-friendly support. I have registered the app, and then it asks me whether or not I want to opt into the newsletters, which I can tick/check or uncheck, and then there is no-where to go from there - so I am stuck in that window... One can only go backwards to "register" again. I would like a refund if someone cannot help me please.

This app is useless. All I get when I search for a drug is a blank screen. I know my drugs. I just want an app to look up the risks and this is not the app to do that.

Great resource to use! Accurate and allows for me to safely treat pregnant patients.

I have been using it for years and the program is great. I had issues, but I contacted them and they were able to help me but now it won’t let me update my other review. I do appreciate you guys help I wish I could delete that one.

Once I logged out I was logged out forever. The app will not recognize me nor allow me to recover or reset my password. Bet it renews my subscription in a year…

My go to ap for reference in clinic and the hospital for pregnant and postpartum patients. I also love LactMed but the ease of this ap in my phone is key!

The app was great, but now it does not work (does not open at all). I pay for this app and would like to have it back.

Very helpful BUT you cannot scroll through the details so the end is cut off!! Please fix!

Why did I pay $9.99 for this app when it is identical to the $3.99 MommyMeds app? Literally identical. I knew this app was less than the full Hales, but the description made it look more comprehensive than MommyMeds. I want my money back.
