- Improve expressive language, social skills, thinking and reasoning by using this speech therapy app
- Create the right experience for each speech therapy client by choosing a social inferencing activity that matches their level

WHAT SOCIAL INFERENCING ACTIVITIES ARE INCLUDED IN INFERENCE PICS?
Inference Pics has 7 social inferencing activities: What has happened?, Jobs, Places, Seasons, Feelings, Conversations and Thoughts.
CHOOSE A SOCIAL INFERENCING ACTIVITY. Tailor your client’s experience by choosing an activity that matches their level. For example, Jobs, Places and Seasons are easier social inferencing activities while Thoughts and Conversations are more complex.
ASK THE FIRST QUESTION. The first question will vary depending on the chosen activity. It asks the user to make a social inference e.g. What has happened? How are they feeling? etc. For example, in the Conversations activity, the first question is always “What are they saying?” Help the child or adult user to form well-shaped answers.
ASK THE SECOND QUESTION. The second question in each social inferencing activity is “How can you tell?”. Encourage the user to find all the clues in the picture and provide verbal explanations when needed.
