Game not loading

After downloading an update now game stopped loading On screen shows 20% Space-Time Tunnel activating And cannot start the game both on iphone and ipad

Game play is good but customer service experience in-game is terrible

The game overall is good. I’ve encountered a few times when I made purchases and I didn’t get what I paid. I made a complaint to customer service and there were no response and they will check and never get back to you. Then they close the ticket. Another time I did make an honest mistake where I paid RM 99.90 each day for 7 days to get an item, I went to the wrong area and accidentally sold it. I quickly messaged customer service and they told me too bad. Doesn’t cost them money to give me the skill which I paid for but they are inflexible. They need to put a warning whether you want to actually sell the item. Because of this I won’t be playing the game again. I’ve invested so much money but am demotivated to play this game now. Just money grabbers.

Developer Getting Greedy Too Fast

It started good. Some might say it’a RoK copy. But to me it has better graphics, slightly different mechanics and they have dragons. It was F2P friendly when it first came out, meaning u can spend minimal and have a chance to compete with the big whales. But it all changed during the end of 2021. When they added Shadow and Holy (P2W exclusive) and killed off jumpers. They even selling voice packs now! Developer getting too greedy too fast. Too many changes in such a short time. If u have a thick wallet, go ahead try it. If u don’t, there are other new options.

I’m very satisfied with my experience with the game so far. It’s enjoyable, addictive and easy to play. Since I just started this game I really don’t know that much about improvements that should be done because I’m having fun so far without any problems or dissatisfied. So keep up great work!
