Influenster: Try free products

this has to be one of the dumbest setups ive ever seen, riddled with confusion, the AI needs to go

Be prepared to divulge A TON of information and know that your email will be spammed to death. It’s too much personal info to share. Also, I’ve asked them multiple times to delete my data and delete my account and each time I get an email saying I have to confirm my email address. Once I do that—I get an avalanche of spam. And they haven’t done either.

This app was great, and now it’s just a flaming pile of garbage. After the last updates and the move to pro, it just doesn’t work properly. It keeps telling me I have campaigns that still have tasks due that were completed MONTHS AGO. I have to keep reconnecting my social accounts and hours later, it tells me my tasks are still due because my social accounts just magically disconnect. It’s annoying and considering the quality of vox boxes has gone down, it might be time to delete and try one of the other beauty product testing sites.

I knew this app bc of my family and I had it for 3 months and then they started to send me thing. But I don’t have a bad reason to not use it.

Signed up and filled out A LOT of personal info and then realized the only way you will get an offer for free products is if you write 200+ positive reviews for products already in their system (hence the thousands of reviews we see on retail sites for items like Nike pool slides).This is basically a factory farm used by large corporations to generate free reviews on the idea that you might get picked for a coffee maker. I tried deleting my account and data and they REFUSED. You fill out a form requesting they delete your account but they never do. You continue to get emails and all your info is there in their system - forever. Why do they want my info? Because they sell OUR info on the backend to top off this pyramid scheme of fraud. I told them everything down to my husband hair type (like an idiot). Don’t give there people your information - if it’s free YOU are the product.

I was so excited to sign up for this app and receive products for honest reviews. I took an hour setting up my interests/preferences and even wrote 9 reviews in hopes of moving up the tiers. But I’ve been stuck on level 7 and it says 65 points until level 8. I do everything they ask me for extra points but my points reset and never allow me to get to level 8. I also linked my social media accounts (which is how you really get free products to review) but I keep getting emails saying I need to link my Instagram/etc in order to get products. So either they’re sabotaging users or they have a terrible glitchy app that prevents anyone from doing anything and therefore is utterly useless

Not being able to link my instagram with my Influenster account. Submitted a ticket and still nothing.

Guys, please do something with the app! It is impossible to submit a review with a picture. Also, cash back campaign is impossible to submit. This is my favourite app, but it seems like something broke😕
