Infomaniak Auth is a free mobile application that enhances and simplifies the security of Infomaniak accounts protected by two-factor authentication (or double authentication).
When you attempt to log in to your account and after successfully entering your usual password, you will receive a push notification on your mobile phone to authorise the login.
Infomaniak Auth also allows you to display a single-use code (OTP) if an Internet connection is not available.

Works

It is limited to Infomaniak apps. But for these, it works quickly and easily. About as well as various other 2FA apps. One could ask, why we need another one.

Poorly implemented 2FA App

I have kDrive and so I installed this. But it’s not clear what this was. kDrive and other items such as email and calendar sync do not play nice with 2FA and apparently signing into this app destroyed all my syncs and it’s not clear how to disable 2FA.

Insupportable

25 minutes à utiliser une app qui ne marche pas, pour finir avec un contrôle d’identité pour me connecter à Infomaniak, c’est vraiment une immense perte de temps, et ça dure depuis des années.

Difficultés à se loguer

Je suis désolée mais c’est insupportable! Passé une heure à devoir re scanner 3x ma photo parce que l’appli sur ma tablette ne reçois pas les codes. je regrette d’avoir mis en place cette double authentification. Bon je n’ai tout d’un coup plus accès à ma boîte mail sur mon ordi. Il me reste sur mon téléphone, mais vraiment ce n’est pas pratique

Doesn’t work!

Unreal that doesn’t work! At one point it stopped giving correct codes! So I got loomed out of my account!!!!!

Problème avec l’APP ?

Pas de notifications de connexion reçues. Les codes ne fonctionnent pas. Impossible de se connecter au compte « management » Infomaniak.

Code Funktioniert nicht kein support

Richtig mühsam. Meine Codes sind immer falsch und man hat keine Möglichkeit den Support von Infomaniak zu erreichen, kann aber in der unendlichen Chatbotschlaufe seine runde drehen. Sad but funny: wenn man drückt “technische Probleme beim Login” gelangt man zum Login Fenster. Ja genau das geht ja nicht du Honk…

Rend bien service

Login en 2 secondes chez Infomaniak mais ce serait bien de pouvoir gérer les autres services dedans. 1 app par service ça devient vite ingérable. Sinon rien à signaler tout fonctionne.

Service incompréhensible et peu fiable

C’est fou le nombre de problème que notre entreprise a eu avec le système mail d’info Maniak depuis 10ans. On a voulu mise local, mais on a été puni pour cela. Jamais pu régler des souci de synchro de mail avec nos téléphones respectifs. Pour payer ses factures c’est une véritable croisade. App KAuth qui tout d’un coup ne reconnaît plus rien, bref pour certaines choses on ne devrait pas choisir les versions alternatives
