Even in dark mode all the white is too bright in the latest (forced) update - please revert! Otherwise continues to be good functional app.

Cannot see the maturity date of term deposits It’s a very basic app, limited functionality, poor user experience

Please make more features such as “lock online payments, report lost or stolen, set up card pin”without having to visit website. This app is very poor made, no face ID verification. Better use the web version at this point.

The advertising states you can message ING directly in the app. This is not possible unless you have a Facebook or Twitter account. No other way to get a message to ING other than to call them. Very poor customer service.

Can’t see attached cards. Can’t see loan interest rate. Can’t easily flick between credits and debit in account section. Please get your designers to look at Great Southern Banks app

I think it would be useful to include notifications about transactions and add some more other interesting interactive features including goals/savings techniques

Great bank to switch to. App just needs notifications, hopefully is added at some point. Can’t complain otherwise

Use to be really good but recently left because their app is so far behind other online banks. Please add more features!!

When you tap and go get charged With other bank accounts With Apple Pay you can choose savings or credit And when you tap don’t get charged So over this costing so much
