ING Investing

I am happy with the app, but be careful about the monthly recurring charge of 0.024% of the value of your portfolio. Once you start amassing a larger portfolio, this monthly charge can become quite costly. I would hope that ING reduces or eliminates this recurring charge in the future. No other Belgian broker has a recurring holding charge.

I found it ok, albeit somewhat limited for a long time. Since about a month or so, the items in my watchlist keep disappearing / duplicating / not updating, rendering it completely useless. Such bugs should be kept from reaching the end user.

Impossible depuis quelques mois de suivre correctement mes tracker, informations décalées, bloquées,absentes… Malgré mes appels téléphoniques, rien ne change. Déçu, je n’investis plus pour le moment chez ING. Il s’agit des deux tracker suivants : IE000PEAJOT0 IE000R85HL30

The app logs me out every month and i need to re-enter my credentials. That is a huge problem because the app does not send the verification code in my number, so I am blocked and can't invest. On top some of their charts does not show correctly a yearly or 5 year market history. This as reported 1 year ago and still not resolved. Their number for contact inside the app does not work. All in all Avoid, there are better platforms for that and i will definitely change. So ING will loose their commission, because there are people who "work" there and can not do anything .

De app toont over het algemeen veel te weinig informatie. Zelfs het ticker symbol wordt niet getoond, dat is naar mijn mening toch wel de bare minimum.

App is oké, maar zou meer uitgebreid mogen zijn.

L’application marche bien et les frais sont plus que raisonnable comparé à l’époque. Le seul gros problème c’est qu’il n’est pas possible d’investir en fractions d’action, ce qu’il rend difficile d’investir de plus petite sommes et donc de diversifier correctement sont portefeuille quand une action LMT vaut 400$ et VICI 35$ par exemple. D’autres broker on déjà la possibilité d’acheter des fractions d’action depuis longtemps. J’espère voir cette fonctionnalité chez ING au plus vite. 👍

Après près de 6 mois d’attente les déconnexions intempestives requièrent le ING reader quotidiennement à été résolu. Satisfait de ce « fix tardif » j’augmente ma note de 1 étoile à deux, mais reste encore amer. La confiance en cette app reste à gagner. Une pierre d’achoppement reste l’incongruité de l’accès aux extraits de comptes Invest: un vrai jeu de piste. L’exemple parfait d’un manque de culture UX dans la conception de la présence en ligne, ce qui reste un point très négatif pour une banque majeure qui ferme ses agences l’une après l’autre.
