Difficulty finding pt on list and a lot of inconsistencies in the billing record especially if late

I find this system still very cumbersome to use for billing. It’s almost as if you’re working again. Coming from medi-mobile system I find this one quite cumbersome. I’m unable to complete my billing most days for this reason and then the longer you don’t bill the more confusing it gets to finally catch up with your billing. Painful part is that you lose money when you can’t bill. So I can only hope for more improvement. Specifically I’d like to open the system and see a list of my patient without needing to type in and search each of them. E.t.c

i have used IM bills since 2010 over the last 12 trs every single update has made the program (both App and desktop worse). they used to really focus on the app and on Iphone it was flawless and helped u see your patients especially on hand off days it now nearly unusable. The desk top not much better its now drudgery to be assigned to use this horrid product wish i could give negative stars

All promise, short on delivery. Can’t use photo option at this hospital because barcode only had MRN, not FIN, so I get to be a highly paid data entry clerk once again. Even though it pulls patient info from database with MRN! I don’t have tab for my own patients, I have to go and reapply my preferences and then resort the list - terrible

This app is truly dreadful to navigate, I am constantly getting locked out. Does not save my passwords. Does not have diagnosis codes I need and makes my billing significantly more challenging

Freezes too often

The design is good and user-friendly. However, the app freezes nearly after each charge. Often the app shuts down on its own. It is not uncommon for me to give up after billling 3 patients. If one does get through an actually list of patients, It takes a long time, often 20-30 min.

Slow and unresponsive

This app is very difficult to do billing on. The app reportedly will freeze for multiple seconds at a time. Will try to move patients from one list to another list and then they will pop back up on the original list. Have to do steps multiple times to get it to sync with the app. Very very unreliable.
