Injurymap is CE-marked as a medical device. The CE mark guarantees that Injurymap conforms to the health and safety standards set by the European Union.
Injurymap is free to use for a trial period of two weeks, during which you are free to cancel your subscription at no cost. Injurymap requires a paid subscription after the expiration of the trial period. The subscription period is for one month or 12 months and provides full access to all exercises in Injurymap:

1 month: $9.49
• Payment is charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
• Please note that subscriptions are automatically renewed unless automatic renewal has been turned off no later than 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

Vanvittigt spam med notificationer
Spam spam spam. Derudover mellemgod app, der nok mest er for ældre og svage(hvilket er helt ok, men blev anbefalet denne sundshedforsikring og jeg er ung og stærk). Spørgeskemaet om ens status ændrer heller ikke på noget
God app
Mangler at man kan vælge et alternativ, hvis ikke man kan lave øvelsen.
Ok meeeen…
Øvelserne er gode men appen er ikke. Hvis man midt i øvelserne får lukket med skal man starte helt forfra. Det giver ingen mening og data bliver dårlig fordi man skynder sig frem til sen øvelse man var nået til.
Glimrende dog ikke særlig smart
En god app der meget forståeligt sætter et program op for hvad man ønsker at træne.
App'en er dog ikke super smart. Samme aften som jeg har gennemført to programmer om morgenen begynder jeg at modtage notifikationer i et forsøg på at motivere mig. Jeg har konfigureret at jeg ønsker at træne tre gange om ugen 😂
Når man er nået 100% igennem alle tre faser bliver app'en ved med at spørge om en øvelse var for let, tilpas eller god. Øvelserne bliver dog ikke længere tilpasset, så efter 2-3 måneder kan app'en ikke tilbyde mere.

I really like the quick videos and how well explained they are.
I would like if there would be an option when using the timer, the screen won’t turn off and that there will be a sounds when the timer is done.
Rigtig god app
Appen er helt vildt god til at vise og forklare øvelserne og der er stopure til de øvelser, hvor man skal bruge det. Desuden sender den reminders, når man skal træne og man kan skrive direkte til sin fys. Man rater smerte og hårdhed og så justerer den træningsplanen ud fra det. Alt i alt kæmpe anbefaling!!
