It should not be so hard to connect this device. I will give it -5 stars if I could.

I love this device. Only problem is I’ve been through three in the past three years. I don’t know if it’s a poor battery design or if they are just cheaply made in general but they are not built to last at all. The first one stopped taking a charge after the first six months, the second one just quit powering on altogether after about a year and now this one that I’ve had less than a year is refusing to power on unless I plug it into a charger. Shows full battery and once it powers on it can run fine independent of the charger but will not cycle on unless I plug it in first. The usefulness and functionality is great and that’s why I keep coming back to your product but at this point it’s not worth the hassle anymore. I’m going to have to purchase yet another Bluetooth thermometer now and unfortunately I’m not coming back to your product line

The sprinkler system scheduling program is not very good. Improvements would be: The ability to create a custom schedule of zones and run times; be able to give a unique name to that schedule; save that program schedule, and be able to retrieve the named schedule and run the program at any time manually. And be able to edit the named schedule Also be able to he several custom schedules with unique names

It was working fine, then the app updated and now it won’t connect to the device. Even running through the setup again doesn’t fix it. Garbage.

Absolutely will not pair with my iPhone 14. Worthless product. I wasted a couple hours on it, and the temperatures are not accurate. Don’t waste your money.

Bought a new phone. Been two hours trying to connect. The first phone took me three days of doing the same thing over and over. The one i bough my son in law still hasn’t connected in two years. Totally useless and aggravating

Wish it would link custom sous vide presets to the account or across linked family members. At first I tried logging into my own account on my partner’s phone but none of my custom sous vide presets were showing. I even tried having her create her own account and then I added her as a family member but that still didn’t show my custom presets on the sous vide menu

It’s decent and works most of the time. Goes offline every so often and have to re-install. Would be great if had a watch app too

Terrible device. Does not maintain connection. Invalid temperature readings. Very disappointing.
