I can message great -how can I add phone account How can I make a money account for personal use there

Updated to the newest update and now I can’t get in the app. It kicks me off everytime. It worked perfectly fine before then.

Not working after update fix it

The app won’t open since the last update.

I was ok with the app even though I had to wait for an email to tell me that the person responded. But since I updated it when I hit the app it kicks my out of the whole app with a black screen and how having to use the website which is very inconvenient bc I’m not good with remembering my password and having to login everytime I get a message so please fix the glitch

You have to go to your browser and go to the inmate inbox from your web browser.you can’t yet purchase credits through the app .

It does not allow you to purchase more credit and you can not use apostrophe and sometime message just disappear

The app crashes and doesn’t send messages. You have to go online to do so. There’s some bugs that need to be fixed.

Took me a while before I figured out I could create an account only through the website (inmateinbox.com), and only after I did that could I log in to the app and use it. Wish the “home page” of the app gave those instructions. Also, I wish I could use PayPal to buy credits. I am unwilling to enter my credit card information onto a website for an app that has only a few dozen reviews. So I have to wait until my loved one has earned enough credits to read my message. I’m thinking I need to open a new credit card account to use only for this app - something pre-paid with a very low limit - until I grow to trust that my info. will be safe. I do receive notifications, so the earlier reviews that complained about that seem to no longer apply. Seems the app was built for android users, so some of the advertised functionality (eg, ability to use PayPal) does not yet apply to iOS users.
